You’re a Moodie Foodie when your moods dictate what you eat. You’re a slave to them. You can’t eat anything else apart from what your mood tells you. Ignore them at your peril.... you'll end up eating twice as much, finding yourself in line for the nearest drive-through with no idea how you got there and all in the search for food harmony.
Illustrious gourmand, Elizabeth David once said "When one wants it, one feels that nothing else will do", and whilst this may be true for many things, it's so true when it comes to food. It has to be now, NOW I SAY!! Being a Moodie Foodie isn't just about eating something great on special occasions, it's about every day, every minute of every day, every second of every minute of every day... well, you get the picture.

The Moodie Foodie understands and celebrates the 10,000 food moods you are likely to have today with mouthwatering, tongue tingling recipes that will satisfy any desire; food desire that is..... I know that if you don't eat what you really feel like, you're going to keep eating until you do. You know, those days when you need lasagne and you have chicken salad? End up having both evenutally? I do, so why fight it? I've done away with the traditional recipe classifications because let's face it, when you're a Moodie Foodie it's all about what you feel like eating right now as opposed to what time of day it is. I prefer to group recipes together according to how I feel and what's going to do it for me in the kitchen now, this minute. I mean, who hasn't had pizza for breakfast just because nothing else will do? |

I also understand that being a Moodie Foodie can sometimes be hazardous to your inner peace. Being a slave to the next eating experience can sometimes take its toll on the size of your backside. So, I've come up with a way for you to indulge yourself without too much damage. The majority of Moodie Foodie recipes have under 10 grams of fat with Extreme Virtue recipes 5 grams and under - for that, our thighs say Thank You. Each recipe has specified nutritional values so you can see what you're eating, with each value Per Serving. It's not about dieting - Hell No! It's about embracing your inner moodie foodie and indulging without guilt, eating without deprivation and most of all, eating what you want. |
