Chinese barbeque flavours of hoisin mixed with a little salty soy and a kick of shao xing wine. Great with dumplings, spring rolls, rice paper rolls, seafood, asian meatballs....

You'll need

6 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp shao xing (or dry sherry)
